OMO-ADE Hails Abiodun’s Infrastructure Drive, Describes Ogun Governor as Visionary Leader

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State, Alhaji Yisa Ismaila Adebayo, popularly known as OMO-ADE, has commended the Executive Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, for what he described as unprecedented and impactful infrastructure development across the state.

OMO-ADE gave the commendation while reacting to the recently commissioned projects as well as several ongoing road and urban renewal initiatives being executed by the Abiodun-led administration in different parts of Ogun State. According to him, the governor has demonstrated uncommon leadership capacity and a clear vision for sustainable development since assuming office.

He described Governor Abiodun as a visionary and people-oriented leader who is deliberately transforming Ogun State through strategic investments in road infrastructure, bridges, and other critical public facilities aimed at improving the quality of life of residents.

> “Prince Dapo Abiodun has shown that governance is about service, planning, and legacy. His administration is leaving no stone unturned in ensuring that road infrastructure cuts across urban centres and rural communities alike,” OMO-ADE said.

The APC chieftain noted that the ongoing and completed road projects across the state have significantly improved connectivity, reduced travel time, and boosted economic activities, particularly for traders, farmers, artisans, and investors.

He added that the governor’s approach to infrastructure development reflects a deep understanding of Ogun State’s strategic position as Nigeria’s industrial and investment hub, stressing that good roads and functional infrastructure are essential to attracting and retaining investors.

OMO-ADE further praised the governor for ensuring that development is evenly spread across the three senatorial districts of the state, rather than concentrating projects in a few locations. He said this inclusive approach has endeared the administration to the people and strengthened public confidence in government.

> “What we are seeing today is a government that listens to the people and responds to their needs. From township roads to inter-city highways, the impact of this administration is visible and measurable,” he added.

He also commended Governor Abiodun for prudent management of resources and transparency in project execution, noting that despite economic challenges, the administration has continued to deliver people-focused projects without compromising quality.

OMO-ADE urged residents of Ogun State to continue to support the Abiodun-led administration, stressing that sustained cooperation between the government and the people is necessary to consolidate the gains already recorded.

He reaffirmed his commitment, alongside other progressive stakeholders, to supporting policies and programmes that promote development, peace, and prosperity in Ogun State.

Governor Dapo Abiodun’s administration has consistently emphasized infrastructure as a key pillar of its development agenda, with road construction and rehabilitation forming a major component of efforts to reposition the state for long-term economic growth.
